pregnancy and spotting
First time was when I was still on the waiting list for
laparoscopy
to remove endo. We miscarried at 8wks unfortunately. Now that endo is gone after surgery, I was thinking we would have a better chance to carry pregnancy to term.

significant free fluid in pouch of douglas
Should the fluid be drained and can I ask for a
laparoscopy
to determine adenmyosis and if the fluid is infected.

Endo, lap and IVF
Hi everyone, in about 2 months I should be getting my first
laparoscopy
and then after that me and my partner (male) will be going through IVF. I have a couple of questions that I wondered if any of you might know from your own experiences - 1.

Constant lower Back/Left Bum cheek pain
I've had a
laparoscopy
and endo wasn't found but I wouldn't be surprised if I have it too. It's tormenting me and hugely affecting my mental health. I've had tailbone mri, xray, steroid injections, colonoscopy in case it was something else. Nothing else showed up.

Endo diagnosis
I know the gold standard to check for endometriosis is a
laparoscopy
. Should I go ahead with surgery for a diagnosis? If I choose not to have surgery and I do have endometriosis, am I at risk to any harm?

❓️I have a lot of questions
I'm in pain everyday and suspect I have endo in my bowel, bladder and belly button My GP agrees it sounds like endo and has refered me to gynae If they agree would they usually send you for a
laparoscopy
to diagnose & remove it? Or do they offer hormone treatments or pain management first?

Rectocele repair and laparoscopy
I've been offered surgical repair of the rectocele as well as a
laparoscopy
because of the level of pelvic pain I have been having but the risk of it causing further pain has been communicated as 50%! I'm very concerned about being left with pain from the repair.

what to do...
Is it better just to wait for this
laparoscopy
, or go ahead with private? I just don't know what to do:(

Has anyone found Mebeverine/Buscopan helpful?
Following a
Laparoscopy
, it is highly likely that I have Adenomyosis. One of the hardest symptoms is the uncomfortable bowel issues. I get bloating and constipation. I am wondering if it is worth trying Mebeverine or Buscopan.

Options?
Endometriosis formally diagnosed via
laparoscopy
2023, however had no effect and still in chronic pain. Due to other medical issues can’t go on any contraceptives and HRT. Tried the Decapaptyl (GNRH) injections but bleed 24/7 with them?!

I’m wondering if the colonoscopy will be changed to a
laparoscopy
as symptoms lean towards ovarian problems.

I have my first
laparoscopy
booked for the end of July as I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. They are also looking at my bladder as I've been on antibiotics for 11 years for recurrent UTIs with no known cause.I'm sick of the pain and bloating.

symptoms
For over 12 years I have been in and out, IBS, age, hormone tests, internal scans etc etc until after many years, finally a
laparoscopy
, even the consultant said I doubt I will find anything! He did-adhesions removed, distended bowel observed and a quick chat around go next to bladder and bowel!
