New member - Fluid on knee
Full knee replacement 14 yr ago. I have fluid on that knee. I have a dental appointment and it is customary for me to take 4 antibiotic pills 1 hr prior to my appointment so the infection that could be caused by dental work doesn't spread to the weakest point which would be my knee. Is there any danger

No positive test for APS
HI All I am still wondering if I do have APS or not. I am just so sick and in pain all the time, so want a diagnosis so I can get effective treatment. My doctor originally diagnosed me on my symptoms and blood test results. He did not test for APS but the results showed I did have an auto-immune condition

Waiting for ablation my story ...
Hi all My problems started in 2008 when I had a heart attack I was 46, I had a stent fitted and was left with slight angina which all controlled with medication and life style change, all fine with the acassional trip to hospital for test and scans ... I was fit enough to go through surgery for osteoarthritis

PD and Pain Pills
Had knee replacement on July, 2015. The surgery was successful but pain pills were used and I had hallucinations. I did not remember anything. I actually still remember the content of the images. I was diagnosed for PD three months ago. Question: Could I have brain damage or is it both? Symptoms; Belching

Been told I have symptoms of Parkinsonism
I visited my GP about 2 weeks ago to discuss coming off Ropinerole which I have been talking for about 7 years because of my Restless Leg Syndrome. However she was more interested in the way I was walking ( I knew I was not walking properly but put in down to the fact I had a knee replacement 8 months

RLS and Parkinson's
I have always understood there is no link between the 2 conditions. Last week I finally plucked up the courage to visit my GP to ask for an alternative to Ropinerole. However she watched me walk into her consulting room and was more concerned about my gait. I was aware I had a bit of a limp but put

Hello again everyone!
I've not been on here for a while but been quite busy. For those of you who remember me, I recovered from my emergency bowel surgery last Christmas (just left a hideous scar), my knee replacement has healed well and I can walk quite well now. I was attending the Pain Clinic but after questioning why
