Lost 7 stones

Hi i have lost 7 stones over 1 and half years. It slowly happened as i had an under active thyroid and i got 2 knee replacements. Since then i started 2 count callories. I have 1240 per day. 4 small meals. Eat 4 pieces of fruit and i make soups. Love fish. I right down everything i eat and do. I go 2 the gym every day. 1hr of exercise. I also walk my dogs and cycle my bike. I have been given my life back. I was a size 28 and now a 14. I still would like 2 lose 2 stone. Its a bit slower now. But im happy. Julie.
