Other Surgery After OHS
I was talking to someone today who had OHS a couple of months ago. He needs a knee replacement but they said they would delay it as he had recent major surgery. The problem is they are not giving any indication of timescales. He is not comfortable with computers and I agreed to post on his behalf. Has

Fentynal Patches with CDB Oil
I have been in chronic knee pain for the last seven years following a total knee replacement and am currently on Diazepam, Tramadol and Fentynal pataches which have become less and less effective. I have seen that CDB oil could help me. Has anyone any experience of mixing these medications? If it helps

Post knee surgery!
Trying to return to playing hockey after knee surgery but after 6months of no running I feel incredibly unfit and I have quite a lot of arthritis in my knee. Started the Cto5k with my teenage daughter today! It was tough but I did it!!! Yeah! Every journey starts with one step!!!

It is official...Running is good for your health... and your ego !
Up, not so early after a slightly restless night... and out into the morning. The Close quiet and calm as I headed out for a short 3K. A lingerie drawer of a sky...seamless blue silk, wisps of dove grey lace and rose tipped organdie. No music this morning... just me and a strangely empty world... folks

Here is another. You know you have MS when....
●Your four-year-old is better than you in memory games. ●You face-plant into the floor and only after wards you think, “I’m falling!” ●You’re on the phone with a dear friend and can’t remember who the heck she is. ●You pay the phone bill twice because you can’t remember that you paid it the first time

Knee Surgery Infected?
Not sure if this is the right place but I had knee surgery 6 days ago. I think the stitches may be infected, they’re swollen, there’s heat coming from the wound and there’s yellow discoloring around the left side of the knee. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if I should go to Urgent Care or

I’m really scared and need advice 😩
So, a few of you already know I’m a special education Paraeducator. I’ve been at my current school for 7 years. I’m comfortable and feel “safe” in my routines there, but I’m very unhappy. It’s a very toxic environment and I just hide out in my classroom with a teacher who uses me and expects me to do

had a phone call from my GP to say she had word back about my recent x rays and it is looking to put me on the waiting list for a knee replacement which at the moment is 40 weeks so plenty of time to think about that but went yesterday for x ray on my other knee as that one is now agony and had a fall

Hi all I've made a decision to once again lose weight. I've just had a partial knee replacement and need to lose around 11/2 stone to remove the fat around belly, and have less stress on the knee joint.

Hi, I haven't been here in a little while. After my last surgeries 2017, I hadn't really had too much problem with my RA, maybe it went into remission. Anyway its back and affecting all parts of my body. I am now just started taking arava(leflunomide 10mg.along with 2 5mg prednisone in the morning.

To knee support or not to knee support
Is this a good idea with
knock
knees (ankles bent outwards)? I do not want to use
knee
support and make any problem worse, what with having a different impact profile on the knees than they have been used to all these years. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
