Post knee surgery!

Trying to return to playing hockey after knee surgery but after 6months of no running I feel incredibly unfit and I have quite a lot of arthritis in my knee. Started the Cto5k with my teenage daughter today! It was tough but I did it!!! Yeah!

Way to go... yes it’s tough, you are tougher so it doesn’t matter. Hope the knee doesn’t react, take it easy on it, and enjoy the countless other steps on your journey.
