Bit nervous but you all look friendly..got to lose weight so I can have a knee replacement.

I need to buy some scales.

Dont usually weigh myself as I get obsessed with it lol.

I started going to the nurse yesterday and every 2 weeks for weigh in..I'm determined to lose weight ...

Log yesterday's weight and then again in a fortnight. If weighing isn't for you, then don't buy any scales

Hi Im new today too! So know how you feel . I had two knee replacements 15 yrs ago and I will need them replaced again soon so one of the reasons im loding weight. I havr found the wright loss has made a tremendous difference to my knee problems ie.swelling and pain. So try you best is all you csn do good luck.x

Bless you, yes I lost2 Stone with slimming world 3 years ago put it all back on plus a bit more..I used to walk a lot but it's to painful now so looking to buy a second hand bike .
