Yes but not everyone is good on hrt? Ive had cervical cancer and Hashimoto's is also hormonal, that's why im asking what is best? Supplements? My gyno won't give me HRT 🙄
My gyno won't treat with hormones because of my history and Hashimoto's🙄 maybe another doctor will help me,.just the emotional side is hard, but thanks anyway 👍
Maybe if you list your latest blood results in a new post (including antibodies, vitamins and iron) you'll get a more comprehensive response - my hunch is that it may not be the menopause - just under-treatment for your thyroid, deficiencies and general inflammation.
Menopause symptoms seem bearable if you have good levels of T3, iron, folate, b12, vitamin D and Magnesium (the latter is rarely measured in the UK); adrenals that are coping as well (I take additional B5 and p-5-p (B6) and zinc) and suppressed antibodies.
My personal recommendation for menopause is lots of Magnesium - but other things need to be optimal.
