I am trying to be more positive and proactive in gaining control of the pain while I wait for my laporoscopy. I have started taking some supplements which I have read help (turmeric, cod liver oil etc) but have been reading a lot about diet. I am going to try and change a lot of my diet by going gluten, dairy and soya free and buying as much organic food as I can.
Has anyone done the same? Has it helped?
Also, if anyone can point me in the direction of blogs/recipe books which have tasty dishes that would be fabby!
Thanks xxxxx

I went gf and df found it useful. I still use organic tofu and soy products (hard not to if going gluten fregan) but avoid it in processdd food and have reduced the quantity (aside from a touch of fodmap bloat i dont generally have issues, all the recent endo research is net neutral to slightly positive on it and the original endo diet is 10 years behind the science). I still take the odd egg for protein as im nut allergic.
I found alittlebityummy quite good website or just google veggie recipes for a main ingredient and adapt . If you have ibs there is a vegan low fodmap book that's not bad.
Hey, I’ve gone gluten free and dairy free and it’s helped a bit but I sometimes go off track as it’s hard. Definitely need will power haha as I love chocolate 😂
I use Pinterest for recipes and it’s amazing. They are easy to make and taste so nice with a wide variety of recipes and foods.
For breakfast you can have smoothies and stuff like that. Xx
