I'm tired all the time, no energy, my joints ache, because my
iron

iron
and presumed it was the menopause!!! 😱 Any advice as always is very grateful 😊

Anyone else with Jak2 PV have difficulty walking and leg pain?
I have many PV symptoms, most of which are considered classic, (fatigue, brain fog, ringing ears, headaches, hair loss due to low Ferritin/
iron
decifiancy, or as my MPN specialist says, might be caused by the PV itself) but there's one thing which is really bothering me and having a negative effect

Fatigue, coma naps and pituitary
I thought it was my
iron
, but I fixed that with
iron
IV and with my ferritin being three times higher now at 109 (3-204) for the past 3 months, I'm still drifting away.

Does Magnesium need a big gap around thyroid meds?
I currently try to leave 4 hours either side of both
iron
and magnesium capsules and thyroid meds. Do I need to do that with magnesium?

They are refusing any more than 3 monthly B12 as this falls outside guidelines and they have given me more
iron
tablets which I have already told them I can’t tolerate but because my Hb is normal, they won’t consider
iron
infusion.

Slow growth for 1 twin
I already take
iron
supplements and my levels are fine). has anyone been in this situation before and has thoughts on what to do or where to dig further? The idea of having to induce very very early is super worrisome.

During my tests it was picked up that I was

Genetic/familial RLS
Genetic/familial rls respond to
iron
in the same way? Just found out that my sister suffers from rls and we feel that our father may have. I have taken three months of
iron
with no improvement at all in fact, the rls is worsening. I am about to request a recheck of
iron
panel.

Bone marrow biopsy results.
Although the signs have been building up in my blood results for some time, I am nevertheless devastated to have it confirmed. 3 weeks ago my hb was 99 today it was 92 My consultant told me it wouldn't hurt to continue with the
iron
tablets she prescribed although she doesn't think they will have much

Baffling results on T4&T3!
Serum
iron
19.1 (6-26). I didn’t get B12 or VitD tested this time but I’ve been on supplements (B complex, 1000-2000 VitD) for years and levels are usually fine so hopefully they’re at least ok! Any empathy gratefully received! Thank you 🦋

Ongoing anemia
Why wait for four months to give her red blood cells when she last had RBC transfusion 4 months ago it brought her Hgb up to 115, then three months ago had
iron
infusion. Which didn't really increase her Hgb.
