Vitamin Results

Hi, I’ve just had some private test results following a low ferritin result from the GP:

TIBC - 64umol/L - 45-81

Transferrin saturation - 18.3% - 25-45

Ferritin - 49ug/L - 44-150

Iron - 11.7umol/L - 10-30

Unsaturated iron binding capacity- 52.3umol/L

Vitamin D - 43.6umol/L - normal 50-75, optimal 75-120

obviously the vitamin d stands out so I would welcome your advice on the kind of dose I should be looking at.
