I'm really worried about anal bleeding
I'd say it first started when I was diagnosed with low
iron
anemia, i was given
iron
supplements that gave me very hard dark stools. I have a bad diet, my diet lacks fiber and water, so I get often constipated.

Eight months since my Mechanical AV
No answers and investigation from blood results show my
iron
levels are very low, so I will be going for an
iron
infusion. As for my scar it looks good and the ticking of the valve keeps me alive!! 😀

Extreme Fatigue
My
iron
levels always come back okay. I am so tired that I could nap during the day and easily sleep 3-6 hours. It doesn't matter if I get 5/6 hours of sleep, or 12 hours of sleep. I am always exhausted.

Are these vitamins too low even though they're in range? (For an underactive thyroid)
(The rest for my
iron
were pretty much at the mid to high range. ) My question is, even though these are in range, should I still be looking at taking supplements as they're on the low end? Thank you!

Possible transformation to MF?
I’ve spoken with the specialist nurse from haematology this morning, my
iron
infusion has helped my anaemia but the consultant wants me to have another bmb after Christmas, and to actually go in and see the consultant in person (will be the first time since January 2020) to discuss the results approximately

Hair loss getting worse - what am I missing?
Last test for
iron
was
Iron
binding capacity of 332 (range 250-450)
Iron
ug/dL was 90 (range 27-159) B12 was 967 (range 232-1245) 10. Ever since cancer, I have had to color my hair every 2-3 weeks because my hair doesn't absorb the color.

iron DROPPED on iron supplementation
I very much am still trying to increase my armour dose and having hypo symptoms, could this explain why my
iron
hasn’t budged? I know it’s notoriously slow to increase
iron
levels but at a loss with what to try and get it up. Should I increase my
iron
dose? How long should I wait to retest?

Low Hemoglobin
Iron
and ferritin levels are high, but I can't get Hemoglobin levels to rise. I am doing a colonoscopy and an endoscopy early January to check any blood loss ... the doctor is prescribing this, so to rule out any other problem. Is this normal to have this side effect?

Like a fool, I've gone and talked myself into graded exercise therapy.
Today like an idiot who doesn't know better, I ring the GP just to talk through whether I can adjust my meds, and how to add
iron
(since I'm reacting to that) he admits he doesn't understand Fibromyalgia (but to be fair was ernest in listening. Which I admit doesn't always happen).

how to keep recovering?
My gp has me on
iron
tablets as my ferritin is low. I’m talking to him again today about medication and have a medication review coming up with the psychiatrist I’m still in shock about what happened and being so poorly. I never expected anything like this would happen.

How can I improve?Any recommendations for debilitating fatigue?
My latest
iron
test was normal My brain seems to function well but physically I feel exhausted all the time. I'm on a gluten free diet, tried dairy free for a bit but didn't see any difference. I love my kefir too much and try to stick to goat cheese only.

t3 Pros and cons
Taking b complex,
iron
, pro biotic and vit D, COQ10. Any help would be much appreciated! I have tried cutting my 9.5mcg t3 dose to just 5mcg )split) through the day. But it isn’t enough to make me feel well. Also note these bloods were based on 100mcg t4 and 5mcg t3.

Disasterous GP appt vent ...
I suppose the only upside is that he's ordered me a full blood count to check my
iron
and vitamin levels to try and understand why I'm so exhausted all the time 🙄 I'm just so upset to have my concerns brushed off in such a manner. Any suggestions for moving forwards?

Normal TSH and T4, but no endorphin rush when exercising and fatigued all of the time.
I do have a tendency towards
iron
deficiency and have had two
iron
infusions, most recently in May this year. My Gastroenterologist cannot find any particular source of bleeding and thinks I have either unexplained bleed, or anaemia of chronic illness.
