Betaine Hydrochloride and ACV-low stomach acid
Also all vits and
iron
in bloods extremely low. Anyway in the past 2 weeks my GERD has been so so bad, its seems to be everything I eat and it is so so painful. I've never been on medication for this, gaviscon just makes it 100 times worse.

Cortisol tests
My
iron
& B12 are good, working on increasing vit D. I'm still tired/fatigued in the afternoon but since the last increase I am sleeping 7-9hour overnight, incredible. I generally feel much brighter than I did, more myself, and I'm due another Armour increase soon.

I tested thyroid when I tested
iron
(9/05/2023) and the levels looked about right for T3 only. Thank you!

Ferritin levels decreased despite iron supplement
I have also increased my intake of
iron
rich, vegetarian foods. Whilst my B12 and folate levels have increased, my HB and ferritin seem to have decreased and I do not understand why. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Thyroid results-Hashimotos?
Been supplementing
iron
/b12 over six months to see if improved anything but hasn't impacted results. I didn't take them for a week prior to testing latest bloods. Does this look like Hashimotos? Is there anything I can do to improve or manage?

My Start Page - What I've learned and do now.
Make sure your
iron
levels, all *4*
iron
parameters, are where they are supposed to be in the RLS world. If you believe or have been told that your
iron
is "normal" or "within limits" or "OK" it very well may not be. Get tested the right way and be sure to overnight fast.

New Year New Bloods! It's time to titrate! Please help!
- Got
panel - Ferritin is my TOP PRIORITY, it's TERRIBLE. I will be eating a very
iron
rich diet. My
iron

- Vitties - Will be upping D supplement...
Vit D way low. What about the others?

Had test at doc's for
iron
but they just say normal🤦I'm on L-Methyfolate & thinking of adding
Iron
Bisglycinate continuing with my regime inc. magnesium, bit D & B complex, omega 3(Algae) Anything else I should be doing, I've been referred to endocrinologist as doc won't put my levo up.

I have to say I feel much better than I did last year having ditched the
iron
tablets off the doc and buying some Three arrows
iron
from the States which I have only been taking one a day for about 3 weeks.

Adenomyosis help!
They don’t want to
iron
test me or supplement me. I don’t really have much of a history with
iron
deficiency apart from in pregnancy but I just don’t know where to turn. There is such little information online and I keep being told there isn’t much research into it. How do you handle this?

High platelets update….opinions please…..
I asked my Specialist if I should be on aspirin to thin my blood but she said that as I’m still menstruating regularly then no as it could contribute to depleting my
iron
again.

Ferritin
Since my last infusion approx 18 months ago, I have tried to keep my levels up by taking Gentle
Iron
every other day with orange juice. Evidently this hasn't helped..... I have Coeliac disease and my body just won't retain it. I need ammunition for my gp appointment next week. Many thanks.

Copper deficiency anemia
Have tried megadose of IV
iron
--no benefit at all. Have been borderline anemia for decades also, despite taking
iron
supplements much of that time. Recently the anemia got worse, and with the
iron
connection to RLS, I thought I'd better do some more research. Taking more
iron
seemed pointless.

Statins
I get a three monthly blood test for
iron
overload but this week the doctor advised me to get a cholesterol blood test as well. All of my results for cholesterol were within the ranges but my doc advised that it’s recommended I go on statins as my Qrisk2 score was above 20%.
