High iron / low ferritin, advice on B12 and folate levels - results in pics
I want to raise ferritin levels but given
iron
levels I shouldn’t take
iron
supplements. Is there anything in my B12 and folate results that suggest other supplements or anything to try? I’m working through the links shared in response last post. Thanks for any input!

Switching to NDT or adding T3?
I had reduced my
iron
supplements (
iron
bisglycinate) because my test in September had the
iron
at the very top of the range. I have now gone back to the high dose. I think the fluctuation can be explained by the dose change and the fact that the latest test was taken at the end of my period.

I have done a month of vit D , month of B12, first active

Help with results and my doctor
She said until my ferritin gets to 30 its not worth considering other things impacting me as
iron
stores will be causing my fatigue. I've had my results back today with a note from the doctor saying no follow up needed.

BTW Got
iron
tested in Oct and PCP said everything was normal, but my ferritin was 51. So here are my questions (1) anyone experience leg heaviness or weird daytime symptoms or is this likely a separate problem? (2) going to start
iron
bisglycinate.

He has ordered a full
iron
panel and checking B12 and magnesium levels. In all he is doing 3 panels. He is also doing nerve conductivity test. He said that once we received the results we would talk about coming off the Ropinirole.

Hypothyroidism and weightloss
I am also working in getting my
iron
and b12 levels to optimal but that's not an overnight thing. Has anyone successfully lost the weight they gained when they first got hypothyroidism? I am so unhappy at the weight I am now and it's impacting my physical health.

My b12 and
iron
are low. I was advised to buy vitamin D supplements. If I can't get the injection the gp wrote, is there a different brand I could ask for? I live in London, UK.

Restless Leg - Interesting Article
Article says
is not getting across the BBB. Wonder if helps with PD. They are trying to sell, but Interesting . I already take some of the things mentioned. Says I need Lactobacillus plantarum 299. My probiotic has Lactobacillus plantarum but does not state 299.

West Sussex/Hampshire/Surrey borders endo recommendation please
Also low ferritin approx 30 despite taking
iron
daily. Recently given a statin which immediately made me feel like I had been run over by a bus. GP agreed I should stop but meanwhile due to long waiting list times in this area suggested I pay to see an endo who will test T4 and T3.
