Surgery fears
Hi there, I'm having surgery next month to confirm if my symptoms are indeed caused by endo. I don't know if it is just me but I've been having these horrible dreams where they perform the surgery and don't find any sign of endo, or I'm at a gynaecologist appointment and the doctor doesn't believe my

Mirena coil swap
Hello, I suffer with endo and had a lap back in 2017, for the past 12 months I've been suffering pain during and after my period...up to 2 weeks pain. The exhaustion is back as well as the weekly migraines which have me laid up in bed. I have to take iron tablets 3x day due to the amount of blood loss

Why are my follicles so moody?
Hi Everyone. I’m currently on my 4th month of stims. Here’s been my journey: Month 1 - I had 8 x follicles, started small, got bigger and then ovulated early so no luck Month 2 - I had 2 x follicles with IUI that failed Month 3 - I had 4 x follicles. 1 perfect embryo that transfered and didn’t implant

Hi all, my first post here - I'm 47 and suffering with extremely heavy periods, flooding, passing big clots etc. Just had an ultrasound and transvaginal probe which has shown everything is normal. I know I should be pleased but still don't have any answers as to what is causing this. I've been taking

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

Ovarian Pain
I’m in the peri-menopausal stage and thought I was getting pain from a disc problem in my back. However, that is getting slowly better and I’ve noticed I’m getting a tight, sometimes throbbing pain around the right ovary area. Is this a lead up to the menopause thing? Sometimes my ovary feels like

Changing from IUI to IVF
Well, we are having changes again.... at first it was going to be an IUI but today I had an appointment with the doctor and we have decided to go directly to in IVF. I am a bit frustrated that sometimes I have to be the one forcing them to check things more carefully. This change is because I asked

INF+ ATO Study, "A knockout combination for MPN stem cells"
Some have likely seen this study. I looked into it some more today and realize it's a neat pre-clinical result. This is just FYI right now but it's an example of potential good things to come. (I just noticed Manouche posted on this last year, anyway maybe some new details here) "JAK2V617F myeloproliferative

TTC 2+ years after first lap?
I was wondering if anyone had a mirena IUD at their first lap, kept it for a few years and then tried to conceive? Any issues? I’d love to hear your stories!

Missed period copper coil
Hi I'm new here 👋 I had the copper coil fitted about 2 months ago, since then I had one normal period then when my 2nd period was due all I've had is a slight brown discharge when I wipe for about 10 days now with no red blood. Is this normal when the coil is getting settled? I use to get breast tenderness
