Endo pain from weight lifting

I was diagnosed with endo in December 2020. During my laparoscopy, they inserted the mirena iud.

My pain and bleeding has started to increase again and in particular, when I’m doing intense exercise (weight lifting, netball) it makes it significantly worse.

All the advice I see is encouraging people with endo to do exercise, even weight lifting, so I just wanted to see if anyone else experiences this? And if so, do they know why exercise might be making it worse?

I'm reluctant to go to the GP (don’t think I can face not being listened to or understood again) but am considering pelvic floor physio. Has anyone found this helps?

Thanks very much in advance for your help :)
