Pain in-between shoulders
I had a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and coil fitted about a week and a half ago. For the past week I have had pain in-between my shoulder blades, ache across my lower chest and ribs. I have been to gp and he wasn't sure what it was and put it down to having surgery and trauma to muscles. I am so sick of

Can the mirena coil help endo fatigue? Feeling desperate.
Hi ladies, I'm at my wits end. Endo fatigue is taking over my life. I've been signed off work for the past five weeks and can't see an end to the severe exhaustion I've been experiencing since the start of the year. I'm not able to use the pill (combined or mini) to manage my endo as they don't agree

Is this normal after laparoscapy
Hi everyone. So last Thursday I had my diagnostic laparoscopy for suspected endometriosis. The specialist had already told me he had felt endometrial lesions during pelvic exam. I also had the merina coil fitted and biopsies. When I came round after the op I was in servere pain. On the scale of 9

Pelvic tenderness and fever during period months after lap, could it be PID?
Hi, I got diagnosed with moderate endometriosis 6 months ago after having my first lap in which the gynaecologist said he "removed it all". I also had the Mirena coil inserted during the surgery. Couple weeks after the surgery I started getting really heavy watery discharge that has a foul smell. This

the coil
I'm really worried, I have been on the microgynon pill for a while now probably about 5 years possibly longer it's been so long. But basically it gives me very bad mood swings, depression but also anger problems. I also always feel like foggy/in a daze. Often find myself sleeping throughout the day,

Jaydess coil
Update on a post I made about 7 months ago. I tried out a Jaydess coil, which has been interesting. Background - I'm 29, never had kids. Suspected endo due to bad period pains and severe pain on pooing during my period. No laparoscopy. The reason I chose the Jaydess over the Mirena was its smaller size

Contraceptive advice... IUD or IUS ??
I am looking for contraceptive advice, I am currently on the pill injection and would like to carry on having a long term type of contraception. I have been looking at having a IUS put in however I don't know whether a IUD would be more suitable. I struggle a lot with hormones and mood swings etc.

Symptoms of coil moved?
I’m not sure if this is right place, I’ve had merina coil fitted for about 3 years now. Recently over past week or so I’ve had this awful severe stabbing pain in uterus area. Or that’s where it feels like it is. The pain lasts seconds but when it comes it makes me cry out in pain which I’m unable to

And onwards to IVF
So today’s IUI blood results were negative (as I kind of expected). The odds were low and I feel surprisingly fine about it all as I was mentally prepared for it, no tears at all. Plus I’m going on a lovely holiday tomorrow morning and so a few cocktails will cheer me up. I’m not going to do another

Feeling low
Today I am not even a week into the TWW and given I am “only” on my second IUI I know my journey isn’t as hard as others. That said that seems to be a battle I’m having at the moment ... “It’s only the beginning” “others have been through so much more than me” but on the other hand “I don’t feel ok”.

Newbie!
Hi everyone, I am new to this network and haven’t joined an online forum before. Just thought I’d share my story so far, as support and advice during the low times always helps. I’m 35 and will have been married for 5 years this August. We’ve been trying TTC for 3 and a half years now. About 2 years

Labaroscopy and no endo
Hello yall, I am 21 and I just got a lap 3 days ago and they found NO endometriosis and told me everything was perfect. However, I get extremely painful pelvic pain during my period and towards my vagina and butt. The pain is so bad I can't get out of bed to get my pain pills. My mom has mild endometriosis

Nervous again
So here I am freaking out because I'm going to the dr's to have my IUD taken out. I am hoping that it is causing at least some of this horrible anxiety that I have. I'm not sure if it is causing all of it because I was laid off from my job in Nov. and I've never had that happen to me. I have always

Bone Marrow Transplant Aftermath
The experimental bone marrow transplant for prostate cancer had no positive effects for me, as far as we can determine, but I keep getting new chronic side effects, which are likely explained by the bone marrow transplant. First it was loss of the ability for my body to regulate my temperature effectively
