It was determined that Chuck had Oligometastatic PCa with Retroperitoneal Lymph Node involvement. Surgery

A fat is the cause of type 2 diabetes
What if there’s enough insulin, but the insulin doesn’t work? The key is there, but something’s gummed up the lock. This is insulin resistance. Our muscle cells become resistant to the effect of insulin. What’s gumming up the locks on our muscle cells? What’s preventing insulin from letting glucose in

I am a Brittle Asthmatic seeking others who know how I'm feeling! Feel completely alone with all of it.
No one could give me a diagnosis and I went a further three years in and out of
Intensive
Care
, scaring my family half to death and I still had an English degree to get through.

Warning? LCHF leads to further disease particularly Heart problems says Scientist. What is the real-life truth?
I am new here but realise there are some outstanding, wonderfully kind people here, my friend has just started the LCHF diet and got sent a video arguing the other way and is now confused. What is your experience?
