Is Peanut butter or Mayonnaise good for LCHF diet or diabetics ? I have seen the brands having some sugar content(5% to 6%).

Peanut butter is great for curbing snacking on carbs. My boys live on the stuff. I buy it by the kilo, but never get the commercial homogenised rubbish laced with sugar . You know you're getting the right stuff if there's a notice on the side of the package stating that oil separation is normal. The crunchy type I prefer as it gives you something to chew on - the smooth stuff is a little claggy.

Thanks Mike for the response!!

Please avoid commercially available mayonnaise as they may contain seed oils like soya oils,

Also regarding peanut butter Pl check the label for added sugar or other additives like vegetable oil which could be soya bean oil
