How I overcame IBS-D
The first line of attack in this case is
ibuprofen
which is far more effective than paracetamol for bowel pain, and I find that 200 mg alone is enough. Second, a couple of 10 mg Buscopan will stop the cramps.

Graduated for the 3rd time!!!
and had a lovely shower and rubbed my Deep Heat /
ibuprofen
gel concoction on and I feel like a new woman. Well... I keep telling myself that. I woke at 7.45 and talked myself out of running for 3 hours .... it’s raining!! .... pointless getting wet unnecessarily... etc and then thought “sod it!!

Post lap pain deteriorated over last 24hrs.
I had diagnostic lap and excision two weeks ago and I had been managing for the last 5 days on the odd paracetamol or
ibuprofen
but the last 24hrs I’ve had to go back onto 2x30mg codeine, paracetamol and 500
ibuprofen
as frequently as I can but it’s not touching the pain.

DVT and now diagnosed with Behçet's
I was just taking
ibuprofen
for the pain. We are having a baby in April and I was concerned about the leg issue so went to the GP who referred me to rheumatology for some more blood tests. I had had blood tests about this before and sometime the inflammatory markers were a little high.

Muscle pain
I don’t believe it’s bone met pain as I don’t require analgesics other than occasional
ibuprofen
, and I sleep all night without pain. Any suggestions?

Very good CA125 result, over 5 years since last dose of chemotherapy
Ibuprofen
appears to be still working as an anti-cancer agent for me. See previous posts. I am assuming my tumour has the PIK3CA mutation, see previous posts in last year. I am extremely fortunate to be here.

Update On Inflammatory Arthritis Scans
I'm still not sure what kind of arthritis it is but I'm hoping the rheumy consultant won't just give me
ibuprofen
and send me on my way. Gentle hugs ❤️

Reacting to the Virus
: Kleenex, Acetaminophen (Tylenol) in 325 mg tablets,
Ibuprofen
(Advil) in 200 mg tablets, Mucinex, Robitussin or DayQuil/NyQuil, whatever your cough medicine of choice is. If you don’t have a humidifier, that would also be a good thing to get.

Rheumatoid arthritis
I can't have naproxen,
ibuprofen
etc because of a heart condition (also behind coming of methotrexate). I just wondered what other treatments might be available and what peoples experiences of them are?
