Experiences with urso, ocaliva and bezafibrate
Hi everyone!I was just curious about your experiences taking a combination of udca, ocaliva 10 mg and bezafibrates. Does it improve the itching? Did you notice any unwanted side effect from bezafibrate, e.g. in kidneys? Thanks for sharing and stay healthy and motivated!

Nausea & Buprenorphine
I am waiting for my doctor to advise on an alternative anti nausea drug and to get him to prescribe sublingual Zofran. I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though

Beta Alanine, okay or not okay?
Many pre workout supplements include beta Alanine. I used it in my pre PCA days because I felt it did help with the workout intensity, particularly those exercises that are short...I.e. weight lifting. Anyway, I liked the additional energy release and the slight tingly feeling when using this supplement

Recovery from colds/flu whilst on Adalimumab
Hello,I was diagnosed with Crohn's 18 months ago and have been on Adalimumab for the last 12 months. In that time I have managed to avoid colds/flu until a couple of weeks ago. Have felt quite unwell and presently doesn't seem to be ending. My question is really to other people who have a reduced immune

Let’s Talk Intrusive Thoughts
Happy Thursday everyone! Has anyone else been diagnosed with having obsessive/intrusive thoughts? I am working with my therapist on this, but it is so hard to hear that this is what’s going on. I know we’ll work on regaining control of my thoughts, but I feel like I have no control right now and I feel

Reason for constipation
Is there much research or understanding about why children and toddlers are getting constipated so much? It seems so many are being treated for constipation but I haven't seen any discussions on why this constipation is happening to try and avoid it. I understand low fibre and reduced fluid intake can

Got a job interview. Plus my top 3 choice for therapists in my homecity. Overthinking the decisions
Okay so yesterday was a mayhem. Mom decided to clean while she's off work and got the house upside down, before that the night before that telling sis over and over again to drink water and telling me to tell her. Sis was avoiding me, asked me to stay in the car instead in the café with her, yelled at

CT scan instead of gastroscopy / colonoscopy with all PA tests normal
My Active B12 was just about into the sufficient range. My H Pylorii was negative, as was anti IFAB and coeliac. Homocysteine was fine too. My neurologist’s physical exam was normal ( though the sharp stimulus was a little less sharp on the feet. ) I have been taking sublingual B12 and the tingling

is this hemorrhoids or should I be right to be worried
I’m a 31 year old female. I went to the bathroom yesterday and after a.. sizeable bowel movement noticed some blood in the toilet. This has happened before so I wasn’t too concerned, but I just went to the restroom again today and after I flushed the first time I thought I noticed blood. This was a normal

Yellowy /Orange Poo
Hi I am normally a constipated individual, but over the last week I have suffered twice with severe diarrhoea with extremely painful spasms. Following the first bout I didn’t go to the toilet for a week, even after taking two separate doses of Laxido. Well last night it all kicked off again - pain

Feeling very not like myself, feeling like I can't control my thoughts during panic attacks. I want to go back to normal, what should I do?
I (20F) have always had anxiety, it is primarily situational and has never lasted more than a day, it was way worse when I was a kid but I've learned how to deal with it and control it more as an adult. fast-forward to now I've moved to college and have been doing pretty well so far (school and being
