New Powerchair on the way
Had to post this up as it’s been a rough winter and this is one less worry. As you might recall I gave up on DLA/PIP last year and had to give my powerchair back to Motability. I tried to just carry on and hobble around without but I had one terrible flare (we had a burglary and the stress did a number

Cognitive hypnotherapy
I recently asked our paediatrician his thoughts on using cog
hypnotherapy
to treat my daughters enuresis. She is 11 and very occasionally dry - maybe once a month ish. I wondered if she had got into a bad habit of letting herself wet.

Not posted for a while!
I don’t understand how if I’m not feeling anxious I’m still experiencing this 😒 I’ve tried everything and I’ve even now booked in for a
hypnotherapy
session to see if it can ground me a bit more. I’m also still experiencing the sensation when I’m not in my own body every now and then!

Thyroid issue? not diagnosed
•
Hypnotherapy
- i tried this as my physical and mental health his has been massively affected by the way i feel. It was so helpful in terms of long term mental health issues, brought on by bullying etc. The residual issues are now related to my present weight and health issues.

7 year old practically terrified off toilets
Our son was bitten by a dog age 4 and a quarter and since then has suffered constipation and wets every day. Even at school he would rather wet himself than go to a toilet. He is on meds as he is CONSTIPATING himself. We tried mild hypnosis as they cant put him under. We are now at a pyscologist but

Keeping colds at bay!!
Hi ya everyone, hope everybody is good!? Quick question, I'm on biologics, have been for 7 years now with great results! For the last 2 years I have had to change jobs, I now work for myself in a canine hydrotherapy centre! It's amazing for my joints but every 45 mins I'm going from 30 degree water

Anxiety!
I've tried mindfulness meditation, I'm going to
hypnotherapy
sessions and I've been listening to the relaxation MP3 that my therapist gave me. I've tried distracting myself by doing other things but the problem is I just can not concentrate or focus on anything but the feeling of dread.

suicidal thoughts
I’m lost.. I’m sorry, Recently I’ve had 3 assessments in the past week in half over the phone regarding my mental health. I’ve been easily diagnosed with severe depression. Quickest diagnosis ever ! I thought the mind was as complex as the body.. but it goes to show how they think... tablets will

So very lost...
recently I have found myself spiralling out of control and falling deep in to the depths of depression. I suffer from anxiety and have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyaligia (although am awaiting neurology appointment to see if it could be MS). I am a mother of 2 under 5's and work full time 12 hour

Hypnotherapy
Has anyone tried
hypnotherapy
or homeopathy for RLS. I did years ago but with no effect. I also read that antihistamine makes it worse. I do take one for itchy skin. GP advised me to buy an over counter sleeping pill and that contains antihistamine.

Hypnotherapy on NHS?
Today I have been to see a gastroenterologist who feels that
hypnotherapy
might be helpful for me (have tried everything else!) Just wondered if anyone has managed to get this on the NHS?
