fertility hypnotherapy london?

hello lovely warriors 😘

we've been ttc for 3 years - unexplained infertility. had 2 failed rounds of IVF this year & am barely coping.

i find every day a struggle, and i desperately want to switch off my desire/need to be a mum.

i have tried a wide range of complimentary therapies & wondered if anyone could recommend a hypnotherapist?

i can't go on feeling this way.

Hi noodles, sorry you're feeling so rubbish, I totally get it, quite frankly sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind! I don't know of any hypnotherapists, but acupuncture has been good to help me relax, and to help me sleep, but most of all counselling has been a god send, I think I'd be completely bat shit crazy if I wasn't having it! Are you seeing a counsellor at the mo? Xx

awwwww thank you for your reply - how are you doing? it's such a heavy weight to bear isn't it?

had counselling last year but didn't find it particularly helpful. seeing my GP again on friday for another referral - hoping i click more with this counsellor. i've also had acupuncture - you name it, i've tried it, basically i need a magic fucking wand!

sending positive vibes your way ✨✨✨✨

Ha! Yes some magic would be great right now!!! Fingers crossed this counsellor will be better for you! I'm not too bad, well that's a lie really! I've been in and out of hospital for the last 3 weeks with a racing heart, they kept me in for 5 days and it was rubbish, and they don't know what's causing it, possibly stress from work, but nothing concrete just yet. But I've got my scratch booked for next Friday so I'm super looking forward to starting again, a 3 month break has nearly killed me!! So I just need to make it to next week without anymore heart dramas!!! Xxxx

Sorry to hear how you are feeling. I can't offer much advice in the way of hypnotherapists but hope you manage to find someone. I too have found a good counsellor who I can relate to and trust and that has helped a lot over the past few months. Hope you find someone you can confide in. Take care. Xx

Sorry to hear about how you are feeling and what you have been through. Following my miscarriage I used a lady called ‘becoming a mama’. She’s a really lovely lady, who is very understanding as she has been through most of it herself. She’s based in Hertfordshire but offers Skype sessions, which is what I did. Good luck with everything! X
