Sleep help

Hi all, I just wanted to pass on something that helped me sleep last night. Its on you tube. Micheal Sealy

It’s guided Meditation on anxiety, Worries and relaxation into sleep. He has different ones to choose from just google Micheal Sealy sleep hypnosis.

It worked for me last night. Just thought I would share as I know many of us have difficulties sleeping.

Thanks! I haven’t tried yet but good idea I haven’t sleep in two years lol (since my disgnosis, three surgeries, hot flashes and on!)
