Brainworking Recursive Therapy, has anyone tried it?
Hi, how is everyone? Ive been trying this new therapy, called Brainworking Recursive Therapy, its intense, and sort of like hypnotherapy. And I feel washed out after it, hopefully it will only be a few days and i'll recover again. Has anyone had any experience from trying this therapy? It would be useful

Recommendations
Can anyone recommend a hypnosis for stopping smoking. I believe they can do it online. So I don’t think it matters where they are. Also can you give me a ball park figure too. Thanks

Monday round-up
We had
hydrotherapy
, massage, flotation therapy, a skin care workshop, as well as several lovely meals there, and a delightful sleep on the hot beds in the tepidarium (until I threatened to launch into a noisy snore!)

How I overcame IBS-D
Dear all, I periodically post this advice to help new-comers to the subject. I consider myself a recovered IBS-sufferer and so like to share what I learned. I hope that you are keeping sane during the lockdown! This is my general approach to help people understand and repair their gastro-intestinal

Circadian Rhythm Disorders
Hi guys! I am just writing because this is the first time I've had an opportunity to talk to people who also struggle with sleeping! I have basically been nocturnal for the past 6 years - no matter what I try - including every single sleep hygeine suggestion possible!! Sleep medication has never worked

Nearly two weeks into sertraline
The side effects seem to be lessening abit. I’m not quite as anxious and eating a tiny bit now compared to before. Still quite apprehensive and full of self doubt. Due back in work in two weeks and having my grandson babysitting next week. It’s amazing the self doubt that you can put on yourself and

Staying positive
I also have been referred for
hydrotherapy
, but he actually said it won't help pain but will strengthen some muscles. I have crutches and a wheelchair to use, I'm still getting negative comments from family about the use of these... as I have been coping without for years, so it's new to them.

Can you have a kidney problem that doesn’t show in an ultrasound or blood tests?
Hi, my names Paul, I’m 39 and find myself between a rock and a hard place. (apologies that this write up may be a little long & all over the place, but I hope you can read and make sense of what I’m trying to explain. I experience brain fog and a lot of confusion, so trying to write this has proved difficult

Hi all I've joined this forum on behalf of my mum ... She won't do these herself because I think she just gets to upset half the time . But she's had no smell or tastebuds for a year now . She's had tests and they can't find anything but reading on-line it seems to stem from some trauma ( mainly

‘She’ll Grow Out of It’
Hi Wondering if anyone else has experienced persistent bed wetting with an older child? My daughter is 8 (9 in June) and still wears pull ups at night. She has never ever had a dry night and is now wetting through the pull up so most days full change of sheets down to the duvet and everything washed
