Anyone tried hypnosis for their anxiety . In particular The Havening technique??
If so I'd love to hear any and all experiences .
Thanks

Unfortunately I am not a good candidate for hypnosis or anything like that. I tried it but nothing happened. If you can find someone good, I really hope you have great results with it!
Hey ladybug . Thanks for the reply . This is exactly what I'm looking for , stories of whether it worked or not. The man ive found is meant to be top in his Field . It's not the cheapest of methods . €1,000 for 4 one hour sessions . So I'm not wanting to part with that sort of money if it's going to be a complete waste.
I tried a couple of times to no avail and I've tried other strange methods. My mom was willing to try anything to get me healthy. I'm actually surprised that I wasn't a good candidate for what I did try. I really hope you have good luck. Will you let me know one way or the other?
I sure will. There's a Waiting list so no available apps with him til mid Oct . But willing to try anything .
Totally understand your mom . It's her job to worry unfortunately.
Did you manage to find anything that helped you if you don't mind me asking ?
Yes, a fur baby named Mollyann!!!
I LOVE that !!! Pets are the absolute best !! Such unconditional love . 💞💞
I'm actually only out of a reiki session . Definitely a 7/10 for me . Feel very relaxed . So going to go back . They recommend 4/6 sessions so that's exactly what I'll do.
Unfortunately tics still present 😔 but hoping they go sooner rather than later. I did ask about tics related to taking SSRI and one person said hers lasted 6 months . And the next time 2 months .
Hope your keeping well 🤗
I tried hypnosis some years ago and it did not help at all. SSRI medication has been better for me.
Unfortunately I developed Tics from the SSRI Setraline after only 3 weeks so the doctor took me off the meds and I'm now waiting a brain scan in a few weeks . So I'm at my wits end as to what I can do.still have the tics even though I'm off the meds over 2 weeks now . Praying they go away sooner rather than later and I'm Not actually stuck with the permanently.
I've tried cbt and therapy . Nothing seems to be working so I am willing to try anything at this stage. Apparently Havening (type of hypnosis) is meant to have great results for anxiety . But again I'd like to hear first hand experiences . Thanks for the reply
