I've downloaded the NHS 12 week programme but it says nothing that I haven't been doing myself for months. I eat at or below the recommended calorie intake, I am at the gym a minimum of three days a week doing strength training and have been walking for 30 mins a day. I have no started a c25k to prepare

Hi i was at my nurse and she gave me the results of the last cholesterol check. She said most of them were in the good range, but what would you say about my numbers? Thanks in advance! Im a 37 year old male. Total Cholesterol 5.2 HDL 1.27 LDL 3.72 Triglycerides 1.3 LDL/HDL ratio 2.9 Glucose 4.7

Nissen fundolplication
I am currently waiting to be put on the lung transplant list , I've had all the assessments and everything is good to go . I need to have a Nissen Fundoplication first and was wondering if anyone else had had this procedure either before or after transplant as I am terrified

My latest cholesterol numbers
I dont understand how these numbers are made up. Looking at my march numbers they look better that my December number but total cholesterol is showing .2 higher. March 2015 Cholesterol 7.4 mmol/L HDL cholesterol 2.7 mmol/L Triglycerides
