Going to get all vitamins retested in March as now on high dose vitamin D for severe deficiency. I take my iron at

Food stuck in pharynx-Albuterol tx
This has happened a few times in the past couple of months with me. It happened one time about two years ago as well. I attribute it to increased phlegm production and thicker mucus from the COPD getting worse. The first time I waited it out. A vitamin B complex pill lodged itself neatly

How Can I Improve Hypo Symptoms without Causing Arrhythmia and Results of Thyroid and Adrenal Tests
Hi, A while ago I posted on here with continuing hypo type symptoms eg fatigue, weight gain, hair loss, coldness, while taking 1 grain NDT daily. (I have Hashimoto's and had a partial thyroidectomy in the 1990s due to Graves). The issue is that every time I try to increase my NDT dose, even by as little

Asthma control
Started clenil 200, blue ventolin and steroids at 30mg 5 days ago but still not much improvement. Worse as soon as I wake up. Tried Fostair 3 times but did not agree with me, made me feel nauseous. Anyone else experienced this side effect ? My gp stopped it. Last time I had asthma was 4 years ago, some

Folate Level
I have been on B12 shots since August 2021 and am seeing good results with my MMA and homocysteine coming down. Symptom wise, I am seeing very subtle differences but trending in a positive direction. My doctor ordered a folate test. My level is 6.1 with 5.9 being the low end. The last time it was

Back muscles and side of body muscles a mess
I have PRM since July 2021 but it started after 2nd Moderna shot. My first symptoms after 2 weeks from the shot began overnight. Terrible back muscle stiffness and screaming muscles. I used Tiger balm 4 times a day, heat, got new pillow. Gradually over maybe 1-2 months other symptoms settled in too

Interesting article on iron, fortified foods etc
In my inbox today from Mark Hyman Most people are aware of the importance of iron but less aware of the nuances associated with it—and where potentially problematic sources might be lurking in our diet. Poetry as well as Art? My husbands thoughts about PD.
IT’S NOT MY FAULT My Neuro’s wise and knows what's best, my wife's not sure and will not rest She looks things up and finds things out, I try them all without a doubt It’s not so easy just to see, what really is the best for me My condition changes day by day, there must be another way My red-light

Research needed for vaxx/CLL
We need research to give us some idea of effect of vaccines on people with CLL compared to its effect on general population. So far no idea. I have never had flu vaccines or flu because i know how to be careful so i trust myself more than the health authorities and their one-size-fits-all advice.

PMR and vaccination
The onset of PMR that I have suffered is undoubtedly linked to the administration of the Covid booster at the same time as the Influenza vaccine. Exploration of the research data reveals that there is a low incidence of adverse auto immune reaction; sufficiently low to discount. Now however one learns

Has anyone ever tried piperin extract with b12 or b complex in order to increase absorption?
There are some research showing piperin extract (extracted from black peper) can increase absorption of b vitamins and some other micro nutrients. Any comments?
