Asthma control

Started clenil 200, blue ventolin and steroids at 30mg 5 days ago but still not much improvement. Worse as soon as I wake up. Tried Fostair 3 times but did not agree with me, made me feel nauseous. Anyone else experienced this side effect ? My gp stopped it. Last time I had asthma was 4 years ago, some little ones in between but nothing like now, I didn’t even know that I was supposed to use my preventer at all times ...I developed asthma 16 years ago after taking the flu jab and till this day I have never seen an asthma

Preventers prevent but don't cure. It takes time for them to be in full effect. Since you aren't feeling much better, contact your doctor. There is more than one preventer and I have had different experiences with different ones. Some make me cough. There is not the same one for every person.

There is a asthma nurse in the UK you may be able to contact. I have seen it mentioned on the forums. I'm from the US so I'm not sure how it works.
