Has anyone ever tried piperin extract with b12 or b complex in order to increase absorption?

There are some research showing piperin extract (extracted from black peper) can increase absorption of b vitamins and some other micro nutrients.

Any comments?

I always add turmeric, ginger and black pepper when fermenting my kombucha. If I put off making a batch, I do feel it makes a difference. But of course that could be the lack of microbes, turmeric, ginger or black pepper!!! To be honest I just love it and it seems to help! Just keep using the black pepper if it helps you Hameyeshguy!

I was reading today how turmeric affects iron absorption so it isn't recommended for those with iron deficiency- it's hard to know what is true tbh. You might want to check.

Thanks Luac that was kind of you. Turmeric and pepper are widely used, not just by me, I'm sure that many people are not aware of this. There is so much contradictory advice, particularly in the area of nutrition, that it's challenging for we mortals!
