Ache in testicles
Can anyone relate to this? I’ve been having aches/ pains in my nuts for a few days now, it seems to alternate between each one and it comes and goes by itself No sign of swelling/ bruising / discharge or anything like that and it definitely isn’t STI/STD I have social anxiety so would rather not

I love my WOL!
I don't like to post WHAT I eat on here because a lot of people have opinions about too much fat, sugar, carbs and
healthy
eating
. I am afraid I don't fit into the category of
healthy
eater! I eat a lot of chocolate and "junk". But I'm losing weight AND fat without restrictions.

Bad night
Something made me uptight last night which played on my mind, I went to bed spoke to my granddaughter but felt anxious because of earlier then I couldn’t relax for sleep, at just gone 1am I had to take a sleeping pill, (they’re very mild ones) and I was getting more anxious as I still didn’t sleep after

Has anyone heard of the VIBERECT to help with ED after RP
Hi All. My partner had RP and is about to start chemo, radio and ADT. He is very keen to get erections in the future and wants to do everything to help make this happen. He is on daily Cialis and attended the ED nurse today to start his penile rehabilitation. He breezed through the injection part

I want to exhaust the

/physical activity avenue before seeking medical intervention. I have completed 34 x 5k parkruns around the Midlands and managed to raise money for Dementia Uk along the way. I haven't managed to run the entire 5k as yet and my best time is 38.56.

ENT wants to see me again after MRI
Hello everyone, I started getting tinnitus in my left ear about 7 months ago. I saw a GP, I had impacted earwax so a nurse removed it about a month later. The tinnitus didn't go away so I saw another GP who referred me to an ENT who sent to see an Audiologist for a hearing test and for an MRI that I

Hi I'm new
I am determined to keep it up by becoming more active and
eating
more
healthy
. I am really going to try and go out for a walk whenever i can. I just read through the NHS losing weight 12 week plan. Looks helpful but there's no mention of being allowed the occasional treat. Surely it's allowed lol

Rock bottom AGAIN!
When I returned I focused on my mental health and become strong, focused and got my body to very
healthy
weight through
eating
and exercise. Over the last few weeks I’ve been on countdown to the summer- more because I’m just so tired like most teachers in the summer term.

diet
I normally eat a very
healthy
diet but am having problems now
eating
anything because of dry mouth, bitter taste (metallic), nausea. I'm presuming this is a side effect of the drugs I'm on (Methatrexate, Folic Acid, Hydroxychloriquine, Sulfasalazine).

Thank you
After reading a post from Emma I finally do not feel completely alone. My struggle with night sweating and intense daytime heat with extreme sweating have me isolated and even the best of my doctors tend to brush these symptoms off. I am only 49 diagnosed at 45 and actively in menopause until my hysterectomy

Again a study on the dangers of low carb diet.
Low carb diet is more or less a fad. Still there are dangers with cutting carbs too low long term that cannot be compensated by proteins or fat. https://www.acc.org/about-acc/press-releases/2019/03/06/10/29/low-carb-diet-tied-to-common-heart-rhythm-disorder
