Weight gain

Have been in bed for over a week with fibromyalgia. I’ve been so good since starting healthy eating and losing weight but today I finally broke it and ate my Easter egg . Really annoyed with myself but so miserable with pain it just happened .

Eating an Easter egg does not spoil all the work you’ve been doing. Eliminating is not the answer! You’re doing amazing!

Like JP has already mentioned, one easter egg isn't going to make a difference. To put on a pound in weight, you need to eat 3500 cals over your maintenance requirement. I'm not sure how big an easter egg it would have to be to achieve that :)

I've had an easter egg and other 'naughty' things in my last 3 weeks of weight loss but the weight is still dropping because it's part of my overall intake.

Pain is so difficult to deal with. If you feel you may need some choccy to help you through, how about planning for some each day, so at least you don't feel like you're denying yourself and you have it to look forward to.

Feel for you. Fibro is so evil. One little naughty is ok and maybe you just needed it mentally.
