Love swimming , do painting, have a PhD, love animals, Vegan but not judging others, fall in love with weight lifting a few months ago, survived an eating disorder (emotional eating), love dancing and good in few styles, like activities like bubble soccer, tree top challenge, stand up comedy, I am spiritual but respect everyone's believes.
Why am i here? :
I am a survival of a huge disaster that happened to me during March and April 2019 (not open to talk about what happened). It effected me physically and emotionally. I stopped going to the gym and started to eat more. I was about to get back to normal life by May when I found out my Mum got colon cancer. That was lowest place I ever got in my life. I was about to give up but I said to myself I will build a better version of myself day by day. I still have my down moments but I decided to love myself no matter what.
If you are still reading, I really appreciate it.
My goal weight is 60kg and I have 25 steps (kg) to get there!
Cheers,
Liger

Sorry to hear about your mum. I know from my own father's experience with colon cancer how scary it can be. He is all clear now. Despite everything, I congratulate you in that you've picked yourself up and looking after yourself as well.
I also like the fact that you've broken down your goal into those small steps, it will make your journey much more manageable.
