Deep Heat
Hi, Just wondering if the more expensive deep heat sprays/creams are better than the £1.20 version I've used this week that I got from the pound shop. The brand names can be expensive.

Need help with anxiety
And more recently, no longer talking about
head
injuries
, i would fall asleep and wake up with my neck hurting. Thats normal, sometimes we change our head position while we sleep and that causes the stiff neck right?

So many questions.
Each time he has ended up in A&E with
head
injuries
and is also so sick with it. Don't quite know where to turn at the moment. As his mum, I'm expected to have all the answers but I'm struggling with the overwhelming nature of it all. How long does the medication take to kick in?

Birds of wisdom-30 the end
Hi to everyone who is following these lovely pictures and wise aphorisms. Well sad to say have come to the end of this series. I'll have a think and see if I can come up with any more. Some of you sent good wishes, as we went to visit my brother in law in Huddersfield. He is a victim of Oesophageal Cancer

I bet you did not know this! A cheek swab and some meds!
Until today, I was unaware that I have followers on here. I assume it is similar to Facebook where I post and it appears on a timeline. Snippets of my life that are less than pleasing, mixed with a spoonful of dread (at times). Went to the Doctor today. I explained that latuda turned me into someone

The strangest affliction I have ever endured or even heard of before...
It began about three years ago, and as I write it's approaching midnight after a full day of periodic episodes from the time I woke up before getting dressed this morning. This has always been the case; and until I have another night's sleep it's likely to occur again. However, it first began when I
