Hi All, bit a of a background i have been playing rugby since the age of 15 im now 37 and i suffered from Viral Encephalitis when i was 17 spending a month in hospital and I've had several concussions and head injuries while playing rugby.

I fell 2 months ago, and the neurologist fond small cracks on my brain. He went in and cleaned it up, but one side healed and the other side didn't. I am in so much pain and I have to wait until the end of December for more treatment. I just need to know what can I do for the pain until then.

You’ve all given me loads of help in the past, however I am still stuck with PMR or PMR symptoms.
