anyone have Betaine hCl with Pepsin to help with digestion? Tofranil?
Has anyone here had experience taking Tofranil and what should I expect? My lovely new doctor is finally coming around to deciding that I may have some form of CTD but is not really sure how he's going to tackle it and minimise unnecessary toxicity. Before we go head first into hydroxy he wants to try

Week 2 post graduation
Just a quick update on my running and quick tip that helped me with my shins. As per my previous post, my first run after graduating I successfully attempted to break my 5K record, dropping full 3 minutes of my 40-minute graduation 5K. My second run was not that great, I had this pain in my shins (shin

Looking into laser ablation for benign thyroid nodule
I have a large benign thyroid nodule and would prefer laser ablation to having half my thyroid surgically removed. But at the moment nobody does this procedure. Probably because NICE only approved it this July.

Discussion: Concussion in the Medical Community and Society
More needs to be done to educate the public about how serious concussions/
head
injuries
can be, and how to treat them. Thoughts?

Two steps forward
I work as a mental health support worker so my job is very demanding looking after all the clients with
head

Very old head injury
It feels like I am being hit at the side of my
head
. Is this normal for old
injuries
to suddenly become painful like this and how can I make the pain go away? Should I be worried?
