Symptoms worsening
Hi there, Yesterday my symptoms moved from 2/3 weeks of feeling really cold to a sensation that I had put deep heat all over my arms. It’s been continuous for the last 24 hours. My palpatations are still there but I think I’ve just got more used to them. I think the Amitriplyne that my GP put me on a

Can't touch head to neck
Are there any neck
injuries
where you can't touch the
head
to the neck? Because I have been feeling off all day, I've had the shakes once, but no fever. And I thought I had sprained a shoulder muscle or something because I can't touch my chin to my neck.

I'm loving the freedom of running, especially in the rain. I'm 44 and very unfit but this really feels doable. It makes me feel better in so many ways. Painful right side rib
Hi all Maybe not posting in the right forum but here goes. Since about 12 years ago I have got on and off a horrible rib pain on the right side but not on my chest but on my back where you would get “fat roll” if that makes sense. When I press the rib its so tender on a specific spot, nothing helps,

Help: I keep getting tight chest from a variety of triggers.. have argued with doctor the other day...
Hi, I visited my doctor a while ago and he suspected that I may have Asthma. He gave me a peak flow meter test (result was 580) and a spirometry lung function test. I was then given an inhaler to use for 1 month and after the month passed I had another peak flow meter test which came out slightly lower

Gutted
Today I was going to run my first Parkrun. I think on my graduation run on Wednesday I must have pulled a muscle in my left thigh as Thursday I could barely walk. I have been taking Ibuprofen since and using deep heat but still not too good so best rest it. I can't tell you how disappointed I am but

Take care when you
head
out - no
injuries
please - just keep believing in yourselves and keep running (when safe to do so ... makes me sound like an advert for calling into a radio show!)

Jumpstart
Had a TT in 2010 as well as a parathyroidectomy. I have intermittent slow gastric emptying and/or functional dyspepsia. Have any of you tried "jumpstarting" your metabolism by temporarily increasing your thyroid meds? If so, was it successful?

Palliative Care
He sustained
head
injuries
but three days later, his right hand drooped and is now useless. The doctors think this is due to PSP. Do any of our community recognise this symptom? Any suggestions would be welcome. X
