I am feeling great!
I did the keto
diet
, vegan
diet
,
gluten
free
, and every other
diet
, to control my inflammation. Two months ago I started the Carnivore diet. I eat steak, chicken, all fish, eggs, and some dairy. I also eat two servings of fruit a day. Melons, berries and cherries.

I do take supplements to try and help conversion of T4 to T3- but it is always at 3.0- even when I was on a
gluten
free
diet
for approximately 6 months. Unfortunately I also take Propranolol, and I know this also affects T3/4.

Functional B12 deficiency question
Currently DH diagnosed with autoimmune thyroiditis, NCGS and psoriasis (the latter in remission due to
gluten
free
diet
). They’re dismissing B12 deficiency as a cause for unexplained memory loss and cognition because his B12 levels are high end normal.

How I effectively cured my afib.
How I effectively cured my Afib. I know everyone’s story and situation is different, but this is my journey and how I effectively cured my afib. I use the term effectively because I’m pretty sure I would have an episode if I stopped taking my supplements, but I am 100% pharmaceutical free –

Struggling with PMR and Pred
I have followed a
gluten
free
diet
for about 15 years and most of the time, pretty well an anti inflammatory low carb diet. I am extremely reactive if I lapse on the sugar and carbs. Apart from the diet, most of the other illnesses that might be confused with PMR have been eliminated.

Can T3 reduce thyroglobulin antibodies?
I have a plant-based
gluten

free
diet
, I don't drink, smoke, take recreational drugs and I eat pretty healthily. I'm not sure what else I can do to get these damn antibodies down! Any advice? T4, T3 FT4 and FT3 are all within range.

Ndt and iodine supplement?
Then my autoantibodies were not very high (TPOs were greater than 30 and Tgab were 9) doing a
gluten
and dairy
free
diet
etc. (for autoimmune diseases they dropped to TPOs less than 0.12 and TGABs less than 0.20). So I'm here to ask for advice, should I take this supplement?

Test results 🤨🧐
I’ve looked at my diet which is on the whole healthy- I cannot afford to go
gluten
free
but live a low carb
diet
- take all the recommended supplements , walk daily ( which is painful) just at a loss ☹️☹️ thanks for allowing me to offload 😉
