I know I have asked for advice before but wanted to clarify please.
My recent bloods have been re-tested ;-
I have Hashimoto's and on 100 of Levothyroxine.
TSH - 4.6 (0.27-4.2)
FT4-25.6 (12-22)
T3- 3.0 (3.1-6.8)
The Doctor says these are abnormal and not borderline as they were before Christmas.
I have an appointment tomorrow, and wanted any advice as to what I should be asking for.
I think she will want to up my Levothyroxine dose from 100 to either 125 if it exists or 150 at most.
I am also going to moan at her about the weight that I have put on since being on 100 dosage, but as its within the BMI range she probably will not be too fussed.
In my mind and please correct me if I am wrong, this will lower my TSH to within the range, but could it make my FT4 go even higher, and my T3 will more than likely stay the same- will she be even bothered if my FT4 goes even higher than it is at the moment- I think I will! She has not been bothered before about a continued low T3 result.
From what I can gather the Doctor will only really be interested in the TSH- Is this correct?
I do take supplements to try and help conversion of T4 to T3- but it is always at 3.0- even when I was on a gluten free diet for approximately 6 months.
Unfortunately I also take Propranolol, and I know this also affects T3/4.
Are there any other Thyroid meds that I could ask to try that my work with Propranolol and with the T4-T3 conversion rate please that she could suggest or I could mention.
Thank you.

Yes reasonably early in the morning- 9.30, before breakfast and yes 24 hours before.
Levothyroxine brand is accord, but I also have Mercury brand to take next ( I haven't ever specified a brand to the Pharmacy).
I am on Propranolol for Migraines- I have talked to them about reducing dosage in the future as am on 80mg slow release, but was worried about stress and do not want to get them again, as I am sick for the entire day/night without being able to keep even water down.
I am on vit d, Vit c, and vit B and B12- as I know all those minerals are low from previous testing which was tested a while ago, but drs never want to add them to the list.
