is it common for coeliacs to have crohns or colitis as well?
I follow my
gluten
free
diet
strictly but have bouts of cramp in my stomach and loose bowels - currently I’ve been in pain on and off for 9ms Gp thought it was gastritis but I get flare ups of runny tummy now can’t even hold down plain rice - I feel exhausted all the time my joints hurt, there are times

PS I was on a

diet
a couple of years ago for about 8 months but didn't really notice any improvement in my overall symptoms. (Found it very hard but I did stick to it)

I do take supplements to try and help conversion of T4 to T3- but it is always at 3.0- even when I was on a
gluten
free
diet
for approximately 6 months. Unfortunately I also take Propranolol, and I know this also affects T3/4.

Can T3 reduce thyroglobulin antibodies?
I have a plant-based
gluten
-
free
diet
, I don't drink, smoke, take recreational drugs and I eat pretty healthily. I'm not sure what else I can do to get these damn antibodies down! Any advice? T4, T3 FT4 and FT3 are all within range.

Post PMR treatment
I am still on an anti inflammatory
diet
(basically a
gluten
& dairy
free
mediterranean
diet
). I find that I tire more easily & for longer periods. Sometimes I feel a stiffness as if a flare up is returning but it passes. CAN ANYONE ELSE RELATE TO THIS?

Slightly elevated CA125
Still slightly elevated and although now following
gluten
free
diet
, bloating still persists. GP made new referral back to gynae but it has been declined as levels have come down slightly and are ‘no concern’.

Functional B12 deficiency question
Currently DH diagnosed with autoimmune thyroiditis, NCGS and psoriasis (the latter in remission due to
gluten
free
diet
). They’re dismissing B12 deficiency as a cause for unexplained memory loss and cognition because his B12 levels are high end normal.

Struggling with PMR and Pred
I have followed a
gluten
free
diet
for about 15 years and most of the time, pretty well an anti inflammatory low carb diet. I am extremely reactive if I lapse on the sugar and carbs. Apart from the diet, most of the other illnesses that might be confused with PMR have been eliminated.

, which has helped somewhat, but have noticed I react badly (stomach cramps, bloating etc) after eating raw red pepper and tomatoes.

b12 deficiency symptoms
Im on
gluten
free
diet
, 10 weekly injections, and self inject weekly now as was not given more frequently by surgery. Plus iron, folic acid however I’m having weird issues with my eyes/ eyelids including feeling like they don’t move properly and frequent blinking which I’d hard to control.

Laparoscopy/hysteroscopy before FET
However, since then, it was discovered that despite all my hurdles (polycystic ovaries, thyroid issues for which I am now on levothyroxine and a
gluten
free
diet
, mild adenomyosis and vaginal microbiome issues) one of the main reasons we struggled is male factor.

I’ve looked at my diet which is on the whole healthy- I cannot afford to go
gluten
free
but live a low carb
diet
- take all the recommended supplements , walk daily ( which is painful) just at a loss ☹️☹️ thanks for allowing me to offload 😉

How can I improve?Any recommendations for debilitating fatigue?
I'm on a
gluten
free
diet
, tried dairy free for a bit but didn't see any difference. I love my kefir too much and try to stick to goat cheese only. Any clues how I can improve my physical stamina, I feel I'm moving in water all the time, wearing lead soles ?
