When to take supplements... so confused.
With breakfast: diclofenic & paracetamol, sulphasalazine, omega 3 fish oil, MSM,
glucosamine
and turmeric. Evening meal: hydrochloroquine, sulphasalazine, calcium, vitamin D, MSM. Bed time with plain yogurt: diclofenic and paracetamol.

GP feedback about supplements
On the other hand, she was quite happy for me to continue taking folic acid,
glucosamine
, fish oils, Vitamin D, calcium and turmeric. I should take my thyroxine on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast (which I've done for 20 years).

PLANNING………………...REPLANNING.
Doing my own research, I discovered
glucosamine
with chondroitin, which I duly started to take daily. The result was that within a year my knees were back to normal and without pain.

Anti inflammatory?
He suggested omega 3/6 (which I now know are off limits too) and
glucosamine
/chondriton/msm. Any other suggestions? I don't see my heamatologist until sept 15. I'm currently breastfeeding so the strongest thing I can take is Tylenol 3 w/codene.

Lasting relief from the Low Chemical Diet
I also take
glucosamine
and fish oil for arthritus. About 6 weeks ago I went to Thailand and decided I would rather taste the local gooddies than sleep all night. For three weeks I ate what I liked except I avoided some of the onions and garlic I was offered.

Turmeric
I am a fit, healthy (apart from intermittent af) lady of a certain age, but the arthritis is really kicking in and
glucosamine
doesnt seem to be doing anything to help. I have read great things about turmeric but as with all 'alternative' remedies I am a little cautious about this cocktail!

Help with vitamin results please
I have been taking a decent multivit (allegedly with 100% of daily need), a cod liver oil, an evening primrose oil and a 'high strength'
glucosamine
+ vit c daily but only since new year.
