Am using
Glucosamine
gel and Flexiseq to try and encourage movement but to no real avail. I also massage my hand and fingers as much as I can.

I used to take HA with
Glucosamine
, MSM and Chondroitin Sulfate. I stopped the CS when Dr. Snuffy Myers warned it could make PCa more aggressive.

methylfolate questions
In any case both are the (6S)-5-MTH form, with the former being a calcium salt and the latter a
glucosamine
salt. I suppose both would react equivalently in the body. (I have one of the mthfr snps indicating potential need for m-folate).

Can't cope anymore, naproxen doing sod all, paracetamol...yeah well, been trying
glucosamine
gel but that hasn't touched it, I've even tried soaking hands in ice cold water again to stop the burning sensation but all it did was increase swelling which increased pain :-(

Glucosamine for Arthritis
My nutritionist also recommended me a terrific supplement formulated by a chiropractor in Toronto, Ontario called
Glucosamine
Joint Formula by Adeeva Nutritionals. It has
glucosamine
sufate in it along with 3 anti-inflammatory herbs. It is absorbed readily and has made a world of difference.

N Acetyl Glucosamine?
I noticed that Dr Christianson and Suzy Cohen both recommend NAG for leaky gut. It seems to get a small number of rave reviews on WebMD and Amazon. I wondered if anyone here has tried it? Thanks.

New member with blood test results - your thoughts please
I am taking D3 most days 75ug, a B complex, Coenzyme Q10 60 mg,
Glucosamine
Chondroitin complex (1500 mg glu sulphate 2KCI, 1200 mg chon sulphate), ultra cod liver oil plus omega 3 2 capsules daily. I realise that I need to supplement my B12 and also need to add K2.

Vitmains/minerals/supplements and fatigue
I have iron, calcium, vitamin d and
glucosamine
sulfate, and I didn't think they were doing much, but since I stopped taking them I feel really lethargic. Has anyone had any success? I've heard quite a bit about Magnesium as well.
