Cannot help about tens machine but love Daisy, we have a Westie called Louis. Hope you find relief for your knees, I suppose you have tried heat then a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel on them. My very best wishes for some pain free time x

Tried that , not in constant pain , only at end of day after walking all day on concrete despite the shock absorbing insoles , lost my wee daisy a year ago last month (16yrs old)

It's heartbreaking to loose a dog, they are so wonderful. We lost our previous Westie (Penny) 25 years ago and still miss her.

Have you tried injections for your knees ? I have them and they help me. Take care 😊

Icing - 15 minutes on and 45 minutes off as much as you can. I have moderate knee pain at times and the Tens machine does help.

If you can't take anti-inflammatories then you could try CBD oil or a medi pen.

Hmmm, would it produce a positive result on a drug test , i have very stringent drug and alcohol rules to comply with due to the nature of my job , stricter than an airline pilots

Tens machines are brilliant I was using one as a guinea pig when the NHS first started using them nearly 40 years ago and I still use them but my advice is go for a multi programme one I get all mine from naturesgatetens.com.

And I have found them very helpful look at the website then phone them for advice on the right machine for you

Hope that helps

Thanks , big help much appreciated

hi Daisythedog,

I had osteoarthritis in right knee. I did use TENS Machine for pain relief - it was of limited use and only in the early stages. In the more advanced stages as pain progressed and increased I used it and pain killers combined. Eventually for total pain relief I had to have a partial knee replacement.

Job done - no problems - no pain.

John
