IVF cycle 1 officially commenced. Any tips for growing super follicles đ?
So round 1 (and hopefully only) has commenced. It was all a bit earlier than planned as AF wasnât due until Boxing Day but came on Christmas Eve instead. So I went for an initial scan and they said my AMH levels are a little low for my age (32) and I currently have 10 follicular to work with.... is that

My 34 fiance' has FND, or does he?
Hi there, I am writing this post in hope that I can get some advice/support. My 34 yr old fiance' was diagnosed with FND approximately 2 years ago (and 6 months into our relationship). It has been a rocky road full of doctor and hospital visits since then, and forever changing intermittent symptoms.

Amalgam Fillings
Hi, interested in views on amalgam fillings - are they damaging? Do they leech metal poisons into one's system? My husband's back teeth are all amalgam-filled. Believe it or not, his dentist (UK) filled good teeth as a preventative measure for dental caries down the track. Can't help but wonder whether

hawthorn berry extract for RLS?
Has anyone tried hawthorn berry extract for RLS? If so, did it help? I saw the following comment online, but it doesn't mention how many milligrams this person took. "Hawthorn berry extract provide incredible relief for restless leg syndrome (RLS) and fast! Side effect is that it strengthens the heart

my rheumy got excited
Rheumy appointment today. I gave her my written list of pains etc and she got excited saying it sounded like fibromyalgia and she had a leaflet. She is also arranging a podiatrist appointment and foot scan for possible neuropathy. She did ignore the possible erythromyalgia but 2 out of 3 is not bad

Please help me if you can
So, i have been having burning and aching in my legs on and off since 2014. Dr eventually said it's my back. So I had root sleeve injections epidural , stunning of the nerve etc. Its still there. I am convinced it's not my back. I recently got diagnosed with my hip needing to be resurfaced... but again

T4 Treated People with Muscle Pain - Creatine Monohydrate as a helpful supplement.
This article is interesting. It is discussing muscle pain associated with T4 treatment and how the use of Creatine Monohydrate can help to alleviate the pains. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed a difference yet. I think this article could be on to something for me in that

He said this might involve some

Extended Release Carbidopa Levodopa
Our mother takes Extended release Carbidopa Levodopa at night time, 9 pm. She wakes up usually around 5 am, and rarely has movement issues. She gets her first dose of "regular" Caridopa Levodopa at 7 am, and every 4 hours thereafter. It is often a mystery as to what type of day she will have, often
