Awe granny B! Your an amazing beautiful kindred spirit and D. D. P. Yoga Chair Warrior workout you’re doing great and I am very proud of you! I have to move around every half hour to get blood flow working so I have nurses my R. N. and my Lymphedema specialist have me also to stretch standing up against wall or bending with a chair leg ups to help my dislocated hip that keeps popping out so I have to walk as straight legged as possible as turns of the right leg can further injure my hip. I am so thankful for you and everyone in this support group and if my inspirational posts help others, then I feel very warm in my heart and soul amen 🙏
