Forums to discuss having/not having children
Hi all, So I am in that horrible waiting and desision making time of trying for a child or having a hysterectomy. I am having counselling but wondered if there is a forum to discuss with others going through or it or to contact older ladies who don't have child either by choice or unable to. I would

One off Appointment with Psychiatrist tomorrow, & feeling very anxious!
Hi, I changed GP practice in March as I was not able to get confirmation of years of depression & ptsd which I can only obtain through a GP AND a psychiatrist. The GP that I had B4 would not send me probably bcs I had been sent B4 after bad reaction to anti depressants, & psyches said I was physically

liquid biopsy
Hi! I am writing to consult you for genetic testing. When is the best time to do them? I read about liquid biopsies and consulted the oncologist. He told me that it is not appropriate since my Dad has been in treatment since February '20. I am very mistaken when I think that these tests serve to better

Anti depressants query
Hi I find this very difficult to talk about. But I think I am suffering with depression, it’s hard to admit because I always put a brave face on throughout my whole life and I’ve realised this is something out with my control. Lockdown has been a huge factor and it was the anniversary of my boyfriends

Coping with birth/pregnancy announcements/pictures
Hello fertility warriors 👋 Hope you’re all okay during these weird times. We are currently waiting for my hubby’s latest comet test results (the last one he had was in December when it had improved from the previous one in October) and keeping our fingers crossed things have continued to improve. I

Period Came Early but Positive Pregnancy Test on OTD
Hello All, if anyone has been through a similar situation or has any advice right now, I would greatly appreciate it. Carer support
Hi. Does anyone know if there’s any funds available to help pay for carers counselling support? The NHS services I’ve been offered in the past don’t really get it, that I don’t need fixing, just a regular person to talk to so that I can save my friends and family for positive times and not moan at them

Has anyone had genetic testing to see what antidepressants is it right for you and is it worth the money I’ve tried so many and nothing agrees with me

Tough Week
Not for me so much, but friends of my family. We have been supporting them this week and this has meant little time to post updates. I managed to comfortably complete W7R3 and also nailed W8R1. No major dramas or revelations! You may not know, but I do a lot of work around Mental Health and my good lady

I'm new here
I am very depressed, mostly because of the place where I live. I had my own apartment for 10 years, up until 2017 when my husband died. I loved that apartment. But after my husband died I wasn't very functional for awhile, and my social worker decided I belonged in a personal care home. Had I known what

Excessive sleep
Hello all, I just wondered how endometriosis affect your sleep? How many hours, on average, do you sleep during 24 hours? I have always been a big sleeper. But my endometriosis pain and symptoms have been making me feel more and more fatigued over the last few years. During furlough and time off work

My Depression and Anxiety
Hi my names Nichole, I'm 33 years old. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for years. I feel like the past 3 or 4 years it has gotten worse. I feel like I don't even know who I am anymore. I feel empty inside. I worry about everything even if its out of my hands. I've tried all kinds of different

SBRT for favourable intermediate - interested to hear your experience
hi there, interested to hear from the intermediate favourable men who had SBRT for primary treatment who are within the same clinical range as me. How did it go, what about the side effects, did you also do or consider adjunct treatment, why did you choose SBRT over RP? I am 59, T2c, G3+3, 3T-MRI

Social skills groups??
I know now is not exactly the best time to be looking for social skills groups but I figured some other members may be able to help with information. My 7 year old daughter was diagnosed about 2 years ago with ADHD, depression, and low self esteem. She has since been also diagnosed with ODD and anxiety
