Has anyone had genetic testing to see what antidepressants is it right for you and is it worth the money I’ve tried so many and nothing agrees with me

Tough Week
Not for me so much, but friends of my family. We have been supporting them this week and this has meant little time to post updates. I managed to comfortably complete W7R3 and also nailed W8R1. No major dramas or revelations! You may not know, but I do a lot of work around Mental Health and my good lady

I'm new here
I am very depressed, mostly because of the place where I live. I had my own apartment for 10 years, up until 2017 when my husband died. I loved that apartment. But after my husband died I wasn't very functional for awhile, and my social worker decided I belonged in a personal care home. Had I known what

Excessive sleep
Hello all, I just wondered how endometriosis affect your sleep? How many hours, on average, do you sleep during 24 hours? I have always been a big sleeper. But my endometriosis pain and symptoms have been making me feel more and more fatigued over the last few years. During furlough and time off work

My Depression and Anxiety
Hi my names Nichole, I'm 33 years old. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for years. I feel like the past 3 or 4 years it has gotten worse. I feel like I don't even know who I am anymore. I feel empty inside. I worry about everything even if its out of my hands. I've tried all kinds of different

SBRT for favourable intermediate - interested to hear your experience
hi there, interested to hear from the intermediate favourable men who had SBRT for primary treatment who are within the same clinical range as me. How did it go, what about the side effects, did you also do or consider adjunct treatment, why did you choose SBRT over RP? I am 59, T2c, G3+3, 3T-MRI

Social skills groups??
I know now is not exactly the best time to be looking for social skills groups but I figured some other members may be able to help with information. My 7 year old daughter was diagnosed about 2 years ago with ADHD, depression, and low self esteem. She has since been also diagnosed with ODD and anxiety

Insecurities/depression
I’ve battled with depression for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried therapy, counseling, and medication but none of that seems to work. My depression has taken most of my teenage years and it makes me extremely sad. The biggest thing that it has done is given me so many insecurities especially about

Depression left me but I didn't left it
I would like to start by saying that I haven't wrote in a very very long time. Two years ago, I was struggling hard with depression. Now I can say that I am finally out of it. I think the medications and therapy helped me in a way but the most helpful and successful were my loving and supporting parents

Can MSA people get overly demanding?
Selfishness - increase in unreasonable behaviour or requests? It has improved since we have had counselling but sometimes my husband has days where he asks things of me that are ridiculous and cant seem to see why it's not ok. He wasn't like that before this illness came along is it the MSA or is it

Counseling vs Therapy
I'm probably about to start counseling, will this still help me or is therapy a better option?

COVID-19 Patient With Acute Respiratory Distress Cured by Cancer Drug.
Although the spreading SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus usually causes only mild respiratory symptoms, the COVID-19 disease progresses so severely in around five percent of those affected that acute respiratory distress can occur. “The mortality rate in these cases is high,” says Dr. Thomas Wiesmann, who attended

I am having a donor egg baby and every night I lay awake wondering if they baby can possibly love me if I'm not their biological mother.
