Something a little different
We decided, based on what we had in the fridge and pantry, to put it in a Thai marinade (oil, chilli,
garlic
, fish sauce, honey, lemongrass, lime and coriander) and chargrill it in the bbq. And I made a couple of salads to go with it.

Wild garlic when pregnant
Ate a lot of wild
garlic
last 2 days as thought it was good for but had terrible stomach upset today and read that it's actually maybe bad for the baby!! Anyone else know anything? Sorry. Random one.

Hi iv'e just tried to make a simple curry a friend handed me, i know iv'e just wasted 4 breasts of chicken & a flat stinking of curry but it never turned out nice at all iv'e thrown it Lol, i started with chicken, cooked onions &

A lovely woodland walk/powerwalk
The smell of the
garlic
was absolutely beautiful today, I couldn't get enough of it. I walked a little further today, more walking than jogging as I was wearing walking boots for the woods as they are a little damp but not too bad. I walked 27741 paces today which is around 13.89 miles.

I then spread it with miso mixed with soy sauce then dipped it into panko breadcrumbs (you can sub polenta) mixed with black pepper, Chinese 5 spice, nutritional yeast, onion and
garlic
powder. Then fried it. It was delicious we really enjoyed it ๐ I served it with rice. Ali ๐๐ฑ

I've not strictly stuck to low fodmap but steered clear of
garlic
and onions(although last time I had onion I was absolutely fine). However, yesterday and today I've had awkward bms. I had gas both mornings which was painful and generally grim then 20mins later had what looked like explosive d*.

Tickโ First job of the day completed.
But most often used ingredients are Onion,
garlic
, chilli, tumeric, horseradish which I didn't have, oregano, thyme. Topped up with apple cider vinegar and honey. Now I just have to wait and see how it develops. If others try we could do a taste test in a few weeks ๐.

pudding type cake ate wraps and had battered fish and chips 2 yeah i have a hepa air filter not a dyson a cheapey one i leave in on while asleep 3 i dont do eggs dairy or mayonaise i have a touch of IBS 4 i was going to do a deep clean of the house for dust havent got there yet 5 i ate a lot of
