Feeling Great

Well here we are in the middle of a pandemic

So asthma stage 4 or into 5 next stop injections ??????

The 7 year struggle getting worse all the time

but after much research and consideration i suddenly start to feel good very good

so changes in my life .

1 for the last 6 months i have used very little wheat you wont find bread biscuits or cakes in my house However this week i ate cakes the girl at work with me keeps bringing in bread and butter pudding type cake ate wraps and had battered fish and chips

2 yeah i have a hepa air filter not a dyson a cheapey one i leave in on while asleep

3 i dont do eggs dairy or mayonaise i have a touch of IBS

4 i was going to do a deep clean of the house for dust havent got there yet

5 i ate a lot of garlic over the past few weeks

The real difference

1 over the past month while sitting down watching tv i deep breath no i aint no fittness freak far from it maybe on of over 2 hours

i breath so deeply filling my lungs and my belly i slowly over 7 8 seconds take in a huge deep breath I hold it for the count of 10 or 20 or 30 seconds what ever i can manage , then i breath fullout out pushing out everything inside me.

i also over the past two weeks did these exercises

the oriental guy twice a day and the girl once a day

Maybe i will be in A&E next week but up this morning no coughing nothing puffed and I feel good its like my lungs are working and you can really feel the air doing you good

Marathon No way but maybe still run after a few girls !!!!!!!!!!
