Bluebells and wild garlic sound ike a power salad to me . I just got back from a walk around the neighborhood wetlands . Harsh winds today powered up our walk . I always feel recharged after I get back and my cat is happy to see me. lol

Two minds think alike because as I looked across to the woods and thought to myself on how much greener the trees were looking, it's so lovely to see.
I'm definitely keeping fit, its doing my mental health the power of good and is helping me with fact that I can't see my grandchildren whom I miss greatly.
Exercise is so good for the mind and you stay healthy in the bargain.👍🌈

It really was. It's not so nice here today and we've had a bit of rain but it's supposed to brighten up later. I'm just waiting for it to improve before going out.
