Thank goodness - Tumor markers, scans and BLACK GARLIC

However, from Jan to Feb, I have been taking a clove a day of black garlic. I had read that it helps to lower your markers, plus a long list of other issues. So, I am going to not take the garlic for a month and see what it is that is working either the vin or the garlic. Lastly, regarding scans.

QOL foodie fun , easy at home restaurant quality dish ….. brown butter spaghetti , myzithra + romano cheese with mushrooms.

Brown the butter , swirling the pan, spooning off the foam and chunks Sauté the sliced mushrooms ( equal parts of both kinds ) in minced - chopped garlic in butter, use more mushrooms than you expect you would need , they kinda disappear.

Berberine / Curcurmin essential oils?

I would like garlic and onions back in my life. But I also can’t afford and AIRE breath tester to know for sure. I’ve seen them on eBay for £70 second hand. Anyone know of any cheaper? Anyone got any insights to share on using Berberine, curcurmin, essential oils? What did you learn?

trying to find comfort as I think about tomorrow

One of the things I’m most proud of is that for dinner I ate a bowl of pasta and two pieces of garlic bread. I am extremely tired from the anxiety and crying. I’m about to go to bed but I can’t help but think about tomorrows challenges.

Tilapia Loin with Creamy Dressing, Asparagus and Whole Grain roll

The roll is an oatmeal roll made with whole wheat and spread with EVOO, a little salt and plenty of garlic powder; the asparagus was blanched then tossed in olive oil and topped with lemon zest and the tilapia loin is covered in a creamy herbal lemon aoli.

early morning at a temperature of about 15 degrees Celsius, I come down to the kitchen at 5am and fried chicken wings for the kids school lunch and made a lovely egg and lime soup for everyone's breakfast. The ingredients were wholegrain jasmine rice, eggs, lime juice, lots of finely sliced ginger, garlic

Food testing/acid reflux

Surprisingly onions and garlic were not on the list, whereas leeks (which I'd substituted instead, were!) So, it is worth having testing as you can't always go by the list suggested on Dr Google!

Quinoa Salad

I did substitute some items in here (like subbing goat cheese for feta to cut back on sodium) 3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil ½ teaspoon ground pepper 2 cups multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved

One run to graduate! Celebration?

But to my absolute horror, since my last order way back in early 2022 they have discontinued my 'go to' Kick'n Chicken Meal Deal (large classic crust Farmhouse pizza, garlic bread, Chicken Kickers, Coke Classic, 3,617 calories). Those items would cost me £29.97 now!

Cancer Diet Studies

Liberal use of spices such as turmeric/black pepper, oregano, rosemary, parsley, spicy red pepper, garlic, ginger . . . 6. "If it taste sweet, don't eat". POM juice, very sweet, was cancer neutral . . . didn't help/didn't hurt. 7. Green tea/2X day.
