I was told that if you want the taste of onions/garlic, you can fry them in oil then discard the actual onion/garlic but use the oil in your cooking. I'm not a fan of the waste that would produce, but thought I'd share the suggestion
I've had mine in the cupboard for a while and thought I'd give the curry a go and I'm really pleased with.
Thank you for that, I do have some garlic infused oil but the hing was fine.
The recipe is one I'll make again.
This looks delicious Alicia and even better there’s more in the freezer. I’m going to have to try jackfruit now 😀
