I made a creamy coconut curry tonight and prepared some tofu which was dried in a cloth. I then spread it with miso mixed with soy sauce then dipped it into panko breadcrumbs (you can sub polenta) mixed with black pepper, Chinese 5 spice, nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder. Then fried it. It was delicious we really enjoyed it π I served it with rice.
