I made a creamy coconut curry tonight and prepared some tofu which was dried in a cloth. I then spread it with miso mixed with soy sauce then dipped it into panko breadcrumbs (you can sub polenta) mixed with black pepper, Chinese 5 spice, nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder. Then fried it. It was delicious we really enjoyed it πŸ™‚ I served it with rice.

Wow Ali, that looks delicious - I love the finishing touch of a slice of lemon - very professional. I bet that was tasty. Who needs meat

Thank you. I shallow fried it and put it in the oven. It really was delicious. Well worth making πŸ™‚
